BrewCard, this repository, the live BrewCard service, and all related materials are proprietary.
Except for the limited right to access and use the live BrewCard service for its intended purpose under the BrewCard Terms of Use, no license or other right is granted to you in or to any part of this repository or service unless I have given you prior written permission.
1. Covered Material
This notice applies to the BrewCard source code, application logic, user interface, card layouts, themes, templates, design system, graphics, copy, documentation, brand assets, and other original materials made available in this repository or through the BrewCard service, excluding material that is expressly identified as belonging to a third party.
2. No Permission Granted
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or redistribute any covered material;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any covered material, except to the minimum extent a mandatory law cannot be waived;
- host, mirror, frame, white-label, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit BrewCard or any covered material;
- use the BrewCard source code, interface, layouts, themes, templates, or design system to build, market, train, support, or operate a competing or substantially similar product or service;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
3. Limited Exceptions
- You may use the live BrewCard service in accordance with the BrewCard Terms of Use.
- You retain ownership of your own recipe content and may use your own exported recipe cards as described in the Terms of Use.
- If this repository is publicly visible on GitHub or another platform, platform features such as viewing or forking do not grant any separate permission to copy, use, distribute, host, or commercialize BrewCard outside that platform's ordinary functionality.
- Third-party packages, fonts, libraries, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
4. Trademarks
No trademark rights are granted under this notice. Use of the BrewCard name, logo, or related branding is governed separately by the Trademark Notice.
